I was relieved that the product info was easy to read. I get annoyed when details are vague or buried somewhere, but the specs were right there and explained clearly, so I didn’t have to sit there guessing what I was actually buying.

"Still Not Sure It’s the Real Deal"
I ordered this thinking it would be just like the one I had before, but when it arrived, something about it looked a little off. I kept comparing it to my old one and the details just didn’t seem to match up. Maybe it’s fine, but I’m not fully convinced it’s authentic.

I thought returning this would be simple, but it ended up taking way longer than I expected. Support kept giving me these vague, polished-sounding replies that didn’t really answer my questions, which made me trust the process even less. Just felt more annoying than it needed to be

"Fairly quick help when I needed it"
I had a question about my order and wasn’t sure how fast anyone would get back to me. To be fair, they replied quickly, and the person helping me was clear without making things more complicated than they needed to be. I did have one follow-up question, and they answered that too without me having to chase them. I think it’s only fair to give credit when a company actually responds and handles things properly.

"Nice to see the sustainability details"
I liked that they actually explain the sustainable materials they use and how they’re trying to cut down on waste. To me, that makes the site feel more thoughtful and transparent, not just like they’re using buzzwords. It was easy to read too, and I’d just like to see them keep sharing real proof or updates as they go.

I ended up needing to ask newgreenusa.com for a refund after my order just didn’t work out for me, nothing dramatic, it happens.
They replied quickly and didn’t turn it into a big thing. I expected more of a hassle, but it was all simple and straightforward.
The money showed back up after a few days, so I was happy with how they handled it. Easy refund process, 5 stars from me.

The support team was polite and professional, and they did answer my questions in the end. But my gut feeling was that the whole process took a bit longer than it should have. I also had to explain the same issue twice, which made it feel less smooth. It wasn’t a bad experience at all, and they were respectful the whole time, but I just got the sense that things could be handled faster and more efficiently

I ordered from newgreenusa.com once, and the prices were kind of middle-of-the-road. Some items seemed fair, but a few were more expensive than I expected. It wasn’t bad overall, but I did feel a little passed around during the process, like I had to figure things out on my own. I’d probably compare prices elsewhere before ordering again.

The box showed up dented, which isn’t great because companies should take a little more care when shipping people’s orders. Thankfully, the items inside were still fine, but the packaging definitely could’ve been better.

I was actually surprised by how much they had in stock, and it didn’t take long to find what I needed. The selection is definitely a plus, and I’d probably shop here again. That said, a few areas felt a bit cluttered, so browsing wasn’t totally smooth the whole time

I ordered a few things from newgreenusa.com, and everything showed up just the way I selected it. Nothing was missing, no weird size mix-ups, and no surprise substitutions, which was the main thing I was hoping for.
The packaging was totally fine, and the order matched my receipt. From the tone of the updates, I kind of assumed it would be a straightforward process, and that’s pretty much what it was. Nothing flashy, just easy and accurate. I’d order again.
